The set screws don't allow you to tighten up the plastic collar enough onto the threads, allowing the shifter to have a floppy play to it. I even tried adding some e, Tra material to take away the slop to no avail. Feels like it's going to rip off in my hand every time I shift.
Seemed very solid and well made it was a gift for my fathers 88 foxbody he seemed pretty excited that it came with all the different sized adapters

This product almost got me in an accident. Midshift it broke at the base leaving me to down shift with the lever. It's junk& I should sue this company!!!
This shift knob Broke off From the bottom holder, lasted me only 2 weeks and tried to glue on together the Plastic chips off.
broke on the third shift it’s not metal it’s some compcast resin and broke off the metal adapter please don’t by it unless you can make it into something else which I’m gonna do I’ll make it a custom knife handle but not worth the money I expect to find this in a local dollar store

So I bought this for my 2017 CRV and it looks great! Never knew they had accessories like these until I came across for accessories for this vehicle.

Read some reviews before I purchased this and the only negative I could find was due to the adhesive. So someone else suggested to take of the original adhesive and use a stronger one. So I use gorilla brand mounting tape. Took a little work to cut into thin strips for certain sections, but I managed. I let it cure overnight before attaching it inside the vehicle.

I have to say, it does make a better look of the interior. Can't wait to order for the center console. Might do the arm rests as well.

Overall, excellent product, but advise to change the adhesive.
 Their adhesive is very weak. One side sticks a little and the other is spoiled. You stick the damaged recipe, the other side is spoiled. It does not fit properly. I didn't think it would be this bad.
Color matches the OEM closet than the Thenice trim sold here on Amazon, the latter being way too reddish in color. Take my word for it I’ve purchased 2 of the Thenice brand and sent them both back.
Will follow up on fit later.
Follow-up
It fits well, the adhesive seems to be holding up well to 95*+ Florida heat.
Near perfect match to the factory peach within in my 2021 Honda CRV Touring! So easy to install with an exact fit and my friend can’t tell they’re not factory originally installed! They truly add to the look and help bring out the window buttons against the black interior. Product arrived well packaged to avoid damage on the individual pieces.
It’s really nice. Used alcohol swab to clean it off. Then stick it down.

I love this! I bought a new 2021 CR-V EX and it fits perfectly.
These fit perfectly in my 2021 CRV. The color match with the existing wood trim was spot on.
I haven't actually "installed" it yet, but it looks great. Just enough to add a little accent without being gaudy. Pretty close to the custom trim. I'm very happy with it so far.

Really dresses the gear shifter up. A little bit big but put a hair tie on there and it is perfect!!!
I loved, loved this item.
So elegant in my car.
I was so excited to bling out my car and so sad it did not fit well. I cannot use this as it fits too tight and keeps the gear button pushed in. When trying to make it looser it moves around too much.

Wow!! It gives a Really nice touch to your shifter you can’t ever tell that this is an aftermarket accessory, really easy to install with the double sided tape that comes with it!!
This looks great but the 3m tape inside the unit doesn't stick well. I just ordered some tape to give it a try.
The product looks well made, but the product advertisement is not correct. It says Tiguan 2011-2021, but it is not true in the case of the 2020 VW Tiguan LE RLine Black Edition which is the one I have. It is too small and will not fit easily unless modified a little which I didn't want to do. I don't know if in other models would look good.
Got this for my MK7 Jetta. Cheap and awsome accessorie. Looks great and honestly I feel like VW should have done something like this originally.

The one issue I have with it was what I got mine, I received originally 2 driver side covers. I ended up ordering another set to get a passenger side. Overall great just wish there was a little bit of quality control to keep an eye out for issues like that.
It was cake to install and is still there. It looks like it should have been there from the factory! It adds a bit of thickness which I wasn't thrilled about, but overall I'd buy it again in a heartbeat.

I had to put my own adhesive on these because what came was not sticky at all. I ended up putting command strips on them and that did the trick. The look is very nice and looks like it came with the car.
It’s ok the R on the piece looks crooked when installed on the shifter but what can you do for $10 part I think the quality was ok it was scratched on the edges came this way out of packaging
When I received the item one side of the emblem was defective (peeled at the edge) showing the actual silver base. I used a permanent black marker, since defect was facing the dash.

Matt Jones’ review is inaccurate. I have a 2018 Tundra, hardly any different than Matt’s 2017. No, it does not screw onto the shaft, but it has two set screws on the side that firmly mount the knob to the shaft. This thing is solid, and makes an excellent wrist rest while driving. Matches well with my AJT trim, and reminds me of a “futuristic” version of the RW Tomahawk knob. One of my favorite mods yet!
The product did not fit. I own a 2017 Toyota Tundra. The knob does not screw son the shifter. The ad said it would fit my vehicle, but....be careful.

I will say, this knob is WAY lighter than my stock knob. My shifter also has a lock ring for the reverse gear and this knob didnt sit f flush, so it looked weird just floating then this huse ring underneath it.
It said this would fit a 2006 mitsubishi eclipse gt and it does not. I read some of the reviews and several other people are have the same problem with it not fitting. I have tried to modify the part to fit like other reviewers have suggested. We'll see how long it lasts. Very disappointed. I really like shift knob

so, this thing may not go on perfectly straight. it didn't for me, the center was probably 20 degrees to the right. nobody in their right mind would be okay with that. it wasn't impossibly snug, so i continued turning just a bit until it was perfectly centered. well then the ball came loose from it's threading. now the metal thread was stuck out a bit from the ceramic ball, no problem, I just tapped it back in on the ground, but it was still loose. i spun it all the way back around, planning to rubber cement it in place in the right spot. problem is, the gear shift rod pushes the ball from the threading, so now it was a good 1/8 inch stuck out. got a hammer and a soft surface and tapped it back in. except i didn't because the bottom of the ceramic chunked out.

i can design this better right off the top of my head, create a threaded sheath that screws on to the gear shift, shaped like a gear but with very fine, short teeth. include some rubber cement or other super strong adhesive so that the customer can screw on the metal part, then match up the shift knob themselves. this way you don't have to try to engineer your way around the fact that every car is different. takes less than a minute longer to do it this way.

The overall size feels correct and has a nice cue ball finish and feel to it. Has good weight to it aswell.

I didnt use the included adapters, had to use a custom made one, but it fit perfect when I put it into the ball.

I wish the design had more detail or was more refined. Maybe thinner black line, another ring in center of white. Maybe add a protrusion to mimic a pokeball. Just ideas... overall, solid product for what you are buying it for. If it was a tad bit smaller and had the details adjusted, it would've been a 5/5.
I bought this for my '15 Mustang, having never heard of dragon ball whatnots. I thought it might look real nice inside the otherwise kinda drab Mustang interior. Boy, was I right! Young people here and there have been commenting about how cool my knob looks and all. I agree. It really is quite attractive and feels substantial in the hand. For the money you just can't pass up buying one of these things. They come with several adapters. I didn't use any of the adapters for my Mustang. It really is perplexing how they (whomever they are--and Amazon) can afford to sell them so inexpensively! These are an awesome deal!
Recently purchased this pokeball shift knob looks great! Felt good in palm for the 2 mins it lasted while screwed on . The little threading inside the pokeball has gotten loose which cause the actual shift knob to become loose I tried to reinsert the little adapter back in the pokeball which worked again for 2 mins then got loose again would be a great product if something was done about the adapter inside hopefully I get a replacement with a better adapter inside
I wasn't sure this would work on my Elantra because the stock shifter is flat bottomed to allow for the reverse release to be pulled up. It does work, but barely. It it is tightened all the way down, the reverse release cannot be pulled up enough, but I put a small spacer in the thread adapter and it is perfect now. I still need to fabricate something to cover the reverse release spring, but that should be easy to make from a bleach rubber bushing of some sort. I love the look & feel of this shift knob, I am satisfied overall.

My boyfriend fell in love with it just around 3 days later the bolt part unglued from the actual crystal ball now every time he drives it comes of but he doesn't want to take it off because I bought it for him which is really unsafe
The thickness of the DB feels nice and sturdy. Wouldn’t test dropping it but rather confident in the material. The install takes less than 10 minutes, with taking off old shift knob to installing it. Considering the tool you need doesn’t disappear. The one thing I don’t like is, have to be careful not to over tighten. I have it slightly hand tight but the vibration of the car makes it lose. Not sure if this is cause the nut in the ball isn’t adhere good enough. Other than that, happy with buy.
Its a really cool looking knob it feels really nice in the palm of your hand while you shift gears. The only thing I didn't like about it at first was that it gets really loose every time you use it, so I had to get it exchanged because every time I tried to tighten it, the knob would still come off. After getting the other one, I decided to go to a hardware store to get some temporary thread locker so it can keep it in place. Since then I haven't had any issues of it screwing off while driving like the first one did. So if you buy this product just make sure to buy a temporary thread locker before applying this on to your shifter.

Was very happy with this knob. It looked identical with the exception of the gear designation on it was different than my Sportsman 550 X2, but I just used the original cap which fits very snugly. Definitely a solid product.

Fit shifter shaft fine, but totally wrong shift pattern on cap. Really dissatisfied, not what was pictured at all!!! Now you want me to buy a new cap for another $10’s. Just send it at no cost

Light button on the top of the shifter doesn't do anything. Also the stock shift position indicator doesn't light up anymore. If those both worked I'd give 5 stars.

I personally like this product and will be as unbiased as I can listing pros and cons for it along with some observations.
+Looks very good in both quality and aesthetic
+Handle material feels very sturdy but not unpleasant or rough
+Handguard is metal
-Handguard metal piece is not the best to rest hand while gripping
+The metal top piece and handguard have extra engraving flourish for extra detail
-The extra set of 3 screw holes add a lot of extra bare silver metal at the bottom if not hidden by shifter section. Personally not a huge issue for me
+Fairly easy to install. I had an issue with the hex allen wrench not being the correct size to fit the screws but rectified by using different size of my own (imperial vs metric issue)
+Inexpensive
+Customer service through amazon was very quick to respond

Overall, given the price and quality I would give it a 4.5 but that extra half star is for the customer service
Bought this to put in the drift car, and I must say it actually held up pretty good! Super easy to install ( it’s a true universal which is pretty sweet) and looks great.
Would definitely reccomend! Only think, it’s a bit tall so i happened to hit it while reaching my ebrake which was not fun lol but for a daily i would definitely get it

This didn't fit exactly the way it should have. The inside piece was a bit too big, so I had to file down the sides to get the button to slide freely. The outside plate doesn't snap in quite as tight as it should be, it leaves a slight gap between the side plate & the shift knob.

I got it to work, but I shouldn't have had to make alterations to something that's supposed to slide right in.

If I'd have known, I would have bought another brand since there are several to choose from.

UPDATE 4/25/20: The 'slight' gap on the outside cover is now even bigger like it has shrunk. It's still on, but who knows for how long! I changed my rating from 2 stars to one!
The parts kit came as advertised. Price for the kit is half that of the OEM replacement parts. The button may be tighter fitting than the original you're replacing. May have to clean off some scrap plastic shavings from the mold process on the button assembly in order for it to slide easily into the shift stalk. Be sure to lubricate the button assembly with white lithium grease prior to installing the cover plate. Once the cover plate is installed there is no going back as you'll probably break one of the keepers on the plate.
this item came with everything needed to repair the broken push button for the automatic shifter on a 2004 honda accord. Found a video on YouTube of how to take the gearstick apart, clean and put back together. Appears to be a very common issue for this vehicle. Easy to fix issue and all you really need is a phillips screwdriver, a small flatblade to pop the button cover off, and a dab of white lithium grease from a small tube.
This was just what I needed to replace the broken actuator button on a ‘05 Accord. I probably could have just ordered the button and spring, but I ordered the side plate in case I damaged the old one (which I didn’t).

You’ll need to undo the two screws which hold the shift knob on (easy) and you’ll need blue threadlocker to secure them.

5 minute job if you know what you’re doing, 20 minute job if you don’t.
I replaced these parts on a neighbor's 04 Accord. Everything seemed to work but now we can't get the keys out when in park. We have to remove the screws and let up on the handle to get them out. Not sure if this is a issue with these parts or a second problem we didn't know about.

Bad. The button is not a good fit, it is slightly too wide and the spring is not long enough. The button and spring did not engage the shift gear as they should. I was able to shift gears, but not able to pull the key out of the ignition while in park. I should have gotten original Honda Parts, this was a was of time and
It shouldn’t get any stars! It didn’t fit! It should have, but the way it was made is just a hair larger than my shifter. I bought two of these thinking the first one was just a bad one. Turns out both parts were just not compatible with the real Honda shifter. Had to get one from another Honda. Bought the part that fit from a wrecking yard. Happy I continued to look into the parts otherwise I would have thought I couldn’t fix it myself and needed to take it to a dealer. Once I got a good part, it took me less than 3 min. To fix the problem. I wouldn’t recommend these parts.
The button was warped as if it had been in the sun or very hot storage. It would not slide in the shifter grooves. I had to order another button from another supplier (genuine part.)

Avoid this item.

2012 Dodge Charger...Easy OEM knob removal with a flathead. This shifter is pretty weighty, and has a ergonomic feel that my wife finds stress relieving (huh?). It doesn't come with plastic inserts, which I don't think make a difference as far as tightening the knob on. It comes with 3 screws to tighten it to the shaft, but only uses two and I guess the 3rd is in case you drop one. Put the knob on the shaft, tighten the screws and bingo! Done!
I bought this for my 2014 Dodge challenger. Its Made different from what ive seen in the photos. Bolts are located on the top side instead of bottom side and the Handle sticks up a lil farther from other pics ive seen. Other then that still looks good! No complaints. I drilled two small indetations in the metal shift so after i installed the Handle the 2 bolts you tighten with allen wrench could sta in place with no worries of coming off. (Just a safety precaution)

Seller reached out to me regarding the defective product I received. They sent me a brand new one to rectify problem. 5 stars just for customer service!
Now review of the product itself. (See pictures) I had no issues with the screws this time around. They went in with ease. Now the handle itself did sit too high once again. I inspected the hole for the handle and discovered there was a "lip" on the inside preventing it from entering in all the way on the shifter. To fix this problem I reamed the inside with a powerdrill. Started off with 1/4in metal drill bit, then slowly with 5/16in, and then to 3/8in. Now it sits flush on the shifter. The feel of the handle is very ergonomical. I could drive and keep my hand on there with freat comfort. I really enjoy the look of the handle, gives an old school muscle car feel. Overall, despite the hiccup, Iwould recommend this product!
I read reviews of others not receiving the MOPAR on the handle, luckily I did. This is a very sturdy handle, it has a great weight to it. This t shift isn't cheaply made and is really comfortable to use. Installation was quick and easy, I decided to tilt mine slightly to the right for easier shifting (saves your wrist). This does fit a 2007 Dodge Charger, mine fit like a glove so no adapting needed at all. In my opinion it's definitely worth the money, quality that'll last for sure.
As you can tell in all the description pictures it has a the Mopar logo on the T handle and that was one huge selling point for me as I was going to install it in a 2006 Dodge Magnum R/T and as you can tell from my picture it’s nothing close to the Mopar logo and disappointing because it was a Christmas present and now I’m returning it instead of giving it as a gift!

Quality product but you do need to drill it out so it sits down at the right hight on the shifter rod.
Guys this one is excellent. Precise fitment and super good quality. This joker is made of a good metal, it’s super heavy! Not lightweight pot-metal like others. For the price it’s extremely nice. I went with the black one for my 13 charger r/t and am extremely satisfied.
If you live where its cold, you might want to put some cloves on when you first get in the car. It is cold as ice at first until he car warms up. Wish they had a nice leather covering for it.
