Matt Jones’ review is inaccurate. I have a 2018 Tundra, hardly any different than Matt’s 2017. No, it does not screw onto the shaft, but it has two set screws on the side that firmly mount the knob to the shaft. This thing is solid, and makes an excellent wrist rest while driving. Matches well with my AJT trim, and reminds me of a “futuristic” version of the RW Tomahawk knob. One of my favorite mods yet!
The product did not fit. I own a 2017 Toyota Tundra. The knob does not screw son the shifter. The ad said it would fit my vehicle, but....be careful.

I will say, this knob is WAY lighter than my stock knob. My shifter also has a lock ring for the reverse gear and this knob didnt sit f flush, so it looked weird just floating then this huse ring underneath it.
It said this would fit a 2006 mitsubishi eclipse gt and it does not. I read some of the reviews and several other people are have the same problem with it not fitting. I have tried to modify the part to fit like other reviewers have suggested. We'll see how long it lasts. Very disappointed. I really like shift knob
