Suuuuper easy to install! I just wiped the area with alcohol on a paper towel, then let it dry. (Alcohol dries extremely quickly). I peeled off the adhesion sticker and placed it on the driver’s side first, then the passenger side. It’s super easy to line up. I pressed down pretty hard after both sides were on, just to make sure that they joined left and right as much as possible. I probably didn’t even need to let it sit before I drove it, but I did let it sit for about an hour and a half. It’s been 3 days and it’s still sticking, looking, and feeling great!

Received a note from my brother saying that my shifter knob exploded when he went to take my car to the airport. I didn't believe him. Honda makes some really cheap stuff.... Anyway, after a quick video on the silly thing, I hopped on Amazon and ordered it. Installation was easy with the only slight problem that there was a part of the old button stuck inside (being black I couldn't see it). So for only having used it for 2 days, I give it 5 stars. If it should fail, I'll be sure to update!

I bought a used 2005 Accord Coupe. 4 days home from the dealer and the push button on the shifter fell off. I’m pretty sure it was broken when I bought it because there was a little glue residue.

I bought this item and a little tube of silicone lube. There are a ton of YouTube videos on how to do this simple repair. The only tricky part is getting the left side plate of the shifter off. It’s held in place by two little tabs. You just need to pry them up a little slide the plate off. Put a little line on the new button, set it in place, snap the plate back on and remount the shifter head. The whole process takes less than half an hour and you definitely can do it yourself. The only tools you wil need is a philips and a flat screwdriver.
I finally changed it after years of shifting with my thumb. I forgot how much easier it was. The only reason I did put a new one on was that sometimes people have to use your car and they don't know what to do. Taking apart that section is a pain though, it did not come back together very well but it's holding up.

Absolutely piece of junk. It cost them less than a dollar to make this tiny piece of equipment that’s paperthin.it broke the minute we put it on our shifter and now the shifter is messed up from their adhesive. Afterimage cracked we tried to take it off but we had to take it off in different pieces. So the adhesive works.
It gives elegance to the vehicle. It looks great. Easy to put on. I love it.

The quality of this product was, honestly, shocking. It looks exactly like the pictures in the add. Upon opening it the first thing you will notice is the substantial weight of the shifter. It is solid metal! The finish is of very high quality as well. Its made much better than the "genuine mopar" shifter it replaced. If you're nervous about purchasing it, don't be! You won't be disappointed.
Installed in a 2006 Dodge Charger r/t.
This is a good solid shifter-handle upgrade! Make sure to check both screws underneath the grip, one of mine fell out from vibrations. Other than that, this thing is great!!
I have the original chrome one from Mopar. It was plastic, but covered with the metal. This one is much heavier and feels like solid metal. The original Mopar one soul apart. It was also three times as much is this one. Very happy

I have been looking at these for about a year and was hesitant to buy them based on different reviews and how expensive they are. I honestly think the bright colored one look a little trashy and too plastic looking but I stumbled upon these carbon fiber looking ones and loved them. The hardest part about these is just peeling the tape off because of how much there is to peel and how small it is. I did as the instructions said and to wipe down with rubbing alcohol, then heat it up with a blow dryer and stick it on... and it looks so good!! The wheel especially looks the best. It just looks way better than the stock silver trim. I highly suggest these. I do still think they’re too expensive since they’re just trim pieces.
Used rubbing alcohol and a hair dryer (cold outside) and all pieces but one went on no problem. Can’t wait for the next package to finish The job. Looks great.
Product itself looked good. Adhesive was garbage. Definitely not 3M. Most fit well, some not so well. Give it 3 stars. Knock one for adhesive. Another for pieces not fitting. Overall I liked it with the exception of above. Look real nice once properly installed.

This thing has to be the most annoying thing I have ever had to deal with! I thought it was really well made and great until I installed it in an 88 samurai. It rattles more than anything else in the vehicle! it's not just this mild little subtle rattle either, It's going to pierce your ears and make you wanna die. I have take it complete apart and rubber cemented the hell out of it to try and make it stop, it is much more tolerable now.

I am half deaf also.
I gave it to my grandson but it didn't fit his car gave it to his girlfriend and it fit she liked it

really fun item, actually helpful too with shifting thru gears. only downside is if you have a small center console and it’ll hit a few things here and there. overall great item though

Purchased this to install on my 2004 Honda Accord Coupe, with the help of a Youtube video it took about 10 minutes and fit perfectly. The only downside is the spring included in the kit was slightly smaller and weaker than the original. I decided to use the original spring and everything works great.
Easy install for a minor repair great price as well
The spring that come with it is poor quality. Everything else is good. Nice appearance.

Received a note from my brother saying that my shifter knob exploded when he went to take my car to the airport. I didn't believe him. Honda makes some really cheap stuff.... Anyway, after a quick video on the silly thing, I hopped on Amazon and ordered it. Installation was easy with the only slight problem that there was a part of the old button stuck inside (being black I couldn't see it). So for only having used it for 2 days, I give it 5 stars. If it should fail, I'll be sure to update!

I bought a used 2005 Accord Coupe. 4 days home from the dealer and the push button on the shifter fell off. I’m pretty sure it was broken when I bought it because there was a little glue residue.

I bought this item and a little tube of silicone lube. There are a ton of YouTube videos on how to do this simple repair. The only tricky part is getting the left side plate of the shifter off. It’s held in place by two little tabs. You just need to pry them up a little slide the plate off. Put a little line on the new button, set it in place, snap the plate back on and remount the shifter head. The whole process takes less than half an hour and you definitely can do it yourself. The only tools you wil need is a philips and a flat screwdriver.
I finally changed it after years of shifting with my thumb. I forgot how much easier it was. The only reason I did put a new one on was that sometimes people have to use your car and they don't know what to do. Taking apart that section is a pain though, it did not come back together very well but it's holding up.

This was a great purchase. I didn't feel like the OEM was worth $100. This is 100% like the Toyota one it just doesn't say TRD on the back. Build quality feels fantastic and fit great in my 21 TRD sport.
Very cool looking. For half of the price, can't go wrong. Very easy to install too without any issues.
Its nice for the price. Its heavy, has a good feel. Doesn't look super cheap as it matches the plastic and fake rubber look of the dash and door panels. I have not seen a real TRD shift knob in person but for half the price this one works.

Completely fixed my issue. Install a little tricky since the parts go together differently than the factory plastic. Much better design than the original
I looked up a youtube video and replaced my broken one in 15 minutes (probably would have been faster had I previously known how to do it). I've had it in for about a couple months, so far so good!
Works perfect in a 2013 sonic sedan. My son's shifter button broke and needed replaced, this was absolutely everything needed.

Got it for my buick verano 2012 the color is a little bit different compared to the original and feels like soft plastic. The upper part lifted very easily. Very easy to install but real hard to remove. The shiny plastic is quite sharp to the touch.
Overall, i am satisfied with my purchase, got what i paid for and arrived on time.
Buick Regal install. The color is slightly off from original, but close enough. You can tell it’s made cheap, but you get what you pay for and it works! It cost me $15 for the auto shop to put it on. I have no issues with it and it looks much better than the original one that’s missing pieces of leather!
Received the item very quickly and got it installed the next day. You get what you pay for. It looks like the knob did not get fully painted so there’s a section that’s more easily susceptible to catching more dirt and grime for your hands. IT’S PLASTIC, so the smoothness you felt from your gear knob before is no longer there. You just have to be mindful because the sides are somewhat sharp. Will be looking for a cover.
This was a life saver. After getting stuck several times due to my gear shift falling apart, I purchased this one and very satisfied. I am very satisfied because it does the job, however it could be a little bit better on the quality side, a little rough around the edges (literally) . I will see how long it will last So far so good.
The good....Good product for the price. Was very easy to install and has been on my wife’s car for approximately two months now. No issues or complaints as far as workability. The bad...Craftsmanship is not perfect and is colored slightly different than what I expected. That being said, the coloring is not enough difference to notice, unless someone knew that it was after market. Would definitely buy again and would recommend others.

This was nice and cheap and solved the issue of replacing the original one in my 2011 Buick regal. My only complaint as others have mentioned is the color is more of a brown with a hint of black. Doesn't match the black inside the car. Also, the "rubber" is more of a plastic and it's a fingerprint magnet. I'd reccmmend if you don't mind the cheapness and off color of it.
Item is much lower quality and different than pictured. Rough edges and the recess at the back of the knob at the base of the brown insert is filled in on this model. The recess being filled isn't and issue....shame the fit is so rough and with sharp edges. I would have bought another one...but will keep it as I needed it for the car to work. (factory button broke)
Replaced the knob on a 2011 Buick Regal and it works just like the original that broke. Took about 10 minutes to change. Watched a YouTube video to do it. The old one was harder to get off than the one in the video but new knob popped right on.
It is more like grey than black. In my picture, my worn knob is beside the new one. May not be clear but the greyish one on the top is this product. It looks horrible in comparison to the photos from the supplier and sticks out next to anything black. I would search a bit more, you can get 'real' black for the same money. It worked mechanically, that's its good point.
It arrived 2 days earlier. Fair play for that.
As for the item itself....looks really cheap and flimzy, it is advertised as leather but in fact is very cheap rubber and is more grey than black. It also came a bit...damaged?? Really dissapointed as i was looking forward to it because the button on my existing one is falling off :((
