The quality of this product was, honestly, shocking. It looks exactly like the pictures in the add. Upon opening it the first thing you will notice is the substantial weight of the shifter. It is solid metal! The finish is of very high quality as well. Its made much better than the "genuine mopar" shifter it replaced. If you're nervous about purchasing it, don't be! You won't be disappointed.
Installed in a 2006 Dodge Charger r/t.
This is a good solid shifter-handle upgrade! Make sure to check both screws underneath the grip, one of mine fell out from vibrations. Other than that, this thing is great!!
I have the original chrome one from Mopar. It was plastic, but covered with the metal. This one is much heavier and feels like solid metal. The original Mopar one soul apart. It was also three times as much is this one. Very happy
