DO NOT BUY. There's a similar one on Amazon that's much better. The good reviews here must be for that alternate product. Listen to all the reviews that say it's absolute dollar-store crap. Worse, if it comes to you defective, broken, scratched and stitches out of whack (as it did with me, and others) you will NOT be able to return it without paying full shipping. What? You read that right. I'm surprised Amazon allows this honestly. You have to PAY for a defective cheap product. Ridiculous. BUY ONLY if you're happy throwing away your MONEY. Sellers like this should NOT be allowed here. You were warned.
This knob is a piece of junk. Thinking that I could replace the sticky knob in my 1999 mustang, I decided to try Tirol brand and see if it was as good a value as some of the other products I have purchased through Amazon. My luck on this one was very bad indeed. Once I finally got the fitment right (and this was not easy at all), pushing the button in to enable movement of the shifter caused the plastic and vinyl handle to separate from the threaded metal collar which is supposed to attach it to the shifter stick. After returning the original and getting a replacement from Amazon, I encountered the exact same problem and returned it for a refund. Save yourself the trouble and buy a knob for a few dollars more from a reputable company.
The product itself was beautiful, not cheaply made and as described. I however could not use it because it did NOT fit my 2016 Honda Fit. But, I'm giving it 5 stars because I wasn't able to use the product through no fault of it's own, but because Honda decided to be unconventional and make my shifter square, - instead of round. This most likely will not fit any of the newer Honda Fit's, (ie: 2011 to 2017 and newer that use the new automatic shifter style that separates and pulls outward on a square shaft. I'm keeping the product and not returning it, because my brother is a mechanic and will be able to use it on one of his older car resurrections.
This knob cover is cheap junk. None of the adapters fit adequately on my 2001 Pontiac Grand Am GT and the glue holding the plastic handle to the lower metal sleeve failed and the upper handle detached (broke off) with a slight upward pull after installation. Overall it is much cheaper and poorer quality in form, function, and feel than the original factory part. Unfortunately, I was told by the local dealership that GM only sells the original part within a $140+ "assembly". All I needed to do was replace the plastic thumb button. I guess my only option now is pick-n-pull. Argghhh.
Bought this for a 64’ cutlass. Cannot find an original, so I found this. Had some mixed reviews, so was a little leary at first. Let me tell you, it fits fine and seems of good quality. I’m definitely thankful. It didn’t say it fit a 13mm shift stalk, but it sure did.

It worked pretty good on my 97 Camaro. The leather on it feels good and the button works.
My only problem I had was the set screws, one started to strip a little, so I used some lock tight, and it all seems to be holding up real good.
I never installed this knob but I did inspect it. It appears to be well built and would have been perfect for what I was needing but I sold the truck before I had a chance to install it.
Does not fit our 2003 Honda Accord. We had to order another one all together. Hoping I can find someone locally that can by some miracle use it. I don't want to spend the money to send it back. The part itself was in nice shape when it came in. Feels ok to the touch. The low rating is because It says universal and it's anything but universal. Wish I had read previous reviews before buying, especially since this is for my kid's car. Live and learn
I used it for my Honda Civic 2001 Coupe... Can't say perfect but its good for price. Only problem i faced is FITTING, i can only use 1 screw because of my make knob though product comes with three on three side. I dont think its gonna last long due to this.
