2012 Dodge Charger...Easy OEM knob removal with a flathead. This shifter is pretty weighty, and has a ergonomic feel that my wife finds stress relieving (huh?). It doesn't come with plastic inserts, which I don't think make a difference as far as tightening the knob on. It comes with 3 screws to tighten it to the shaft, but only uses two and I guess the 3rd is in case you drop one. Put the knob on the shaft, tighten the screws and bingo! Done!
I bought this for my 2014 Dodge challenger. Its Made different from what ive seen in the photos. Bolts are located on the top side instead of bottom side and the Handle sticks up a lil farther from other pics ive seen. Other then that still looks good! No complaints. I drilled two small indetations in the metal shift so after i installed the Handle the 2 bolts you tighten with allen wrench could sta in place with no worries of coming off. (Just a safety precaution)

Now review of the product itself. (See pictures) I had no issues with the screws this time around. They went in with ease. Now the handle itself did sit too high once again. I inspected the hole for the handle and discovered there was a "lip" on the inside preventing it from entering in all the way on the shifter. To fix this problem I reamed the inside with a powerdrill. Started off with 1/4in metal drill bit, then slowly with 5/16in, and then to 3/8in. Now it sits flush on the shifter. The feel of the handle is very ergonomical. I could drive and keep my hand on there with freat comfort. I really enjoy the look of the handle, gives an old school muscle car feel. Overall, despite the hiccup, Iwould recommend this product!
I read reviews of others not receiving the MOPAR on the handle, luckily I did. This is a very sturdy handle, it has a great weight to it. This t shift isn't cheaply made and is really comfortable to use. Installation was quick and easy, I decided to tilt mine slightly to the right for easier shifting (saves your wrist). This does fit a 2007 Dodge Charger, mine fit like a glove so no adapting needed at all. In my opinion it's definitely worth the money, quality that'll last for sure.
As you can tell in all the description pictures it has a the Mopar logo on the T handle and that was one huge selling point for me as I was going to install it in a 2006 Dodge Magnum R/T and as you can tell from my picture it’s nothing close to the Mopar logo and disappointing because it was a Christmas present and now I’m returning it instead of giving it as a gift!

Quality product but you do need to drill it out so it sits down at the right hight on the shifter rod.
Guys this one is excellent. Precise fitment and super good quality. This joker is made of a good metal, it’s super heavy! Not lightweight pot-metal like others. For the price it’s extremely nice. I went with the black one for my 13 charger r/t and am extremely satisfied.
If you live where its cold, you might want to put some cloves on when you first get in the car. It is cold as ice at first until he car warms up. Wish they had a nice leather covering for it.
