I am very impressed with the quality of this shift knob. It fit perfectly for the shift rod on my 2014 Camaro SS. The shift knob has an ID of 15.22mm and hole depth of 31.75mm.
It looked great out of the box, installed easily, and all that good jazz. However it started fading immediately and is now mostly white on top with a hint of blue in the area shaded from the sun. All in all, it doesn't look terrible, but it looked much better out of the box a month ago than it does now.
Bought a car (Mitsubishi) with a very worn leather shifter. I replaced it with this. It is heavy, feels good in my hand, looks nice (no optical defects IMO), shows no wear or tear after about 3k miles, and was easy to install and stays put. This is not a cheap piece of junk - it is a quality piece. Would definitely recommend.
The shift knob is great. The little plastic fittings, not so much. YOU NEED TO BE SURE YOU WON'T REMOVE THE KNOB. It tears up the plastic making it unusable. I had to try and fill in some space with some glue after removing it and shredding the plastic.
UPDATE: the plastic is totally buggered. Making the shift knob practically useless. They advertise it as "durable" which the KNOB is, but the rest isn't.
Okay so when I got it I thought it was tiny but it’s perfect size! Weighted and real carbon! Metal thread instead of cheap plastic inserts . Must buy!

Very nice look and nice quality, but the design is flawed. The adapter that twists onto the shifter is plastic; you're suppose to pick the correct diameter sized part to fit on your specific shifter but its plastic....it completely stripped out in about 2 days from me regularly shifting. When I tighten it down in place again with the tensioner screws it tightens back up but in less than a day the vibrations of my car loosen it right back up again. It's actually kinda dangerous to drive with because the knob turns when I shift, it's not a solid feel. I'd give it 5 stars if it had a metal piece to screw on to my shifter but once the plastic is stripped out it's completely useless.
I love the look but not universal! I had to drill the inside out of the largest insert just to fit it in my car (bmw e60). It’s probably just BMW’s fault for making a massive shifter so think but after breaking it a little bit and hammering it in it works great!
This product at first sight is actually pretty neat. It’s got good weight to it, and the install is super simple. My two complaints after using this product for a month or so is that a. the bolts have made grooves in the plastic insert and the shifter spins around even though the screws are all the way in. Secondly I’ve had to park my car outside and my car was in the sun a lot, I ordered the blue shifter. The sun has ate away the color and now is silver! Kinda cool but I liked it in blue better.
