Very well made, elagent look/feel, easy install, affordable and looks like new again.
ONLY COMPLAINT: Arrived 2 days late. Not a big deal but I called Amazon and the knucklehead that answered was the most unprofessional individual I've ever dealt with in my life! He said on chat, "Oh....so you want compensation huh?" What a douchebag! No, I didn't want compensation, I just wanted my Amazon Prime Guarantee, which I didn't get. All I got was some guy who obviously doesn't care about his job or customer service.

I have a 2005 Lexus ES 330 with the tan and brown accent interior. I ordered the dark grey Birdseye shifter. It matches identical to the original shifter. Even the dark grey leather matches. What I’ve been calling brown leather may have always been a deep shade of grey. I was unsure whether to order the dark grey Birdseye walnut for fear the wood grain would be too dark. I’m very pleased with the shifter I ordered!
The description said that it didn’t fit a 2005 Avalon. I took a chance after reading a review because the cars are mirrors. This knob fits perfectly. The wood grain matches so well it looks factory. This is by far my favorite Amazon purchase to date. Yes, this shifter is compatible with 05 Avalons; purchase as you will not be disappointed.
I bought this for a 2010 Toyota Tacoma with automatic transmission. It was a little smaller than the factory one but it was a perfect fit. It was easy to screw on and tighten. The materials are nice and it's a great compliment to the carbon fiber theme I'm going for. Very pleased with this purchase.
This product does fit a Lexus LS 430 however the color does not match the picture. I had purchased the beige. The first one I purchased the wooden part was too light and then I purchase the second one and the leather was too dark. This item is just how the manufacturer made it

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTION:
REMOVE your old existing gear knob from shifter lever by twisting/unscrewing counter-clockwise.
INSTALL new gear shift knob by firmly pushing and twisting/screwing clockwise.
Excellent quality, the box was beat up BUT it had an Amazon inspected sticker on it and the actual shifter was well protected in an inner double layer of bubble wrap. It matches the tan leather interior and wood grain trim in my 2008 toyota solara sle convertible perfectly! The stock one was grey... this one makes me smile every time I see it!
Since the product description actually calls this shift knob "Leather Wood Gear Shift Knob," I was disappointed to receive an obviously fake wood knob with no padding and a trail of glue holding the "veneer" in place. Fortunately, the vendor and Amazon have a very efficient return policy.
I got this for my awesome 1998 Lexus LS400. It's a cinch to install.
The only complaint is that it is about 2/3 the size of the original.
Still looks much nicer than my old one with peeling wood trim.
