This is great. I stretched it over the gearshift of my 1998 Toyota Camry LE. It was not easy, but it is nice. I thought it would help with the heat, but it can only go so far. If you are enduring high temperatures, I recommend you finding a fuzzy or fabric one because the silicone helps but it still can get super hot.
I did have to cut the opening a little to fit my application but no big deal.
Trying to fit it directly is damn near impossible.
I sprayed a little water on the inside of the silicone and it slipped on quite easily.
Feels nice.
was not sure how it would go with my 2010 Porsche Cayenne but it was a perfect fit. Very pleasantly surprised and it looks great and feels great too
I like this and the material is nice soft comfy. But I will have to return it keeps interfering with the gear shift when I turn my car off.when it's showing it's in park on my monitor screen it reads park shift etc. and it makes it beep then I have to adjust it every time I shut my car off to stop the beeping. Have to look for another one for my g37 Infiniti disappointed that this is my second one that has not work for me. will be returning this one missed my deadline to return the 1st one. May skip on buying another one cant keep wasting money.
Oddly enough, this works fine in my 2002 Saab 9-3 Turbo Convertible, though I doubt it was designed for that purpose. I had to cut between 1/2 to 3/4 of an inch of the bottom (2 seconds with an exacto knife) to keep it from interfering with collar that has to be pulled up to shift into reverse. That done, it fits just fine. Covers the worn spot on the leather of the original gearshift. It's not at all unsightly or uncomfortable to use, is cheaper, and more importantly: is about 1,000 times easier to install than a replacement knob.

If you have a shifter that this is designed for I’m sure it would be great. Didn’t fit properly even after trimming on my shifter. Threw it straight in the trash, don’t waste your money if you require trimming to fit. Gave three stars because it’s just cheap thin silicone that wasn’t going to last anyway.
A little tough to install but that gives it a nice snug fit. I turned it inside out and rolled it out onto the shifter and it fits perfectly in the 2021 VW Jetta. It has a nice feel to it and I'm confident it'll keep the shifter clean and protected.
It broke after the first time taking it off when it didn't fit like I hoped :(
